Rich is a hands-on HVAC expert whose career began as a mechanic, turning wrenches and always seeking the next challenge to master. That curiosity and drive eventually grew into a full-service HVAC company built on one guiding principle: customers deserve to understand the systems that keep their homes and businesses comfortable.
Beyond fixing heating and cooling issues, Rich focuses on educating clients—explaining how equipment works, why problems occur, and how to maintain systems for peak performance. For him, education is key, because an informed customer is an empowered customer.
Outside of work, Rich can often be found on a dirt bike, a lifelong passion that keeps him grounded, focused, and ready for whatever comes next.
Whether diagnosing a system or riding the track, he brings the same energy: work hard, stay curious, and always keep moving forward.
